Our Equipment

The Guy in the Sky himself!

We use a DJI Air 2S drone that has a 1" CMOS sensor, 20 MP camera resolution, and the capability to shoot in 4K. Drone is registered with the FAA, is insured, and pilot has obtained proper certifications to fly commercially (Part 107)

My name is Ben VanOchten and I have been flying drones since 2018. I started with a DJI Mavic Mini and thought the world of drones was interesting and wanted to branch out! I purchased a DJI Air 2S and began taking pictures of the freighters in my home town of Bay City, MI. After a couple of months of taking photos of freighters in my hometown and getting a positive response from the community, I decided to display my pictures on Facebook, thus creating Guy in the Sky!

Travel Upcharge

Due to higher gas prices, we will be having upcharges based on travel time. Each time range is based off of Bay City, MI. To see which upcharge you may be subject to, please go to a mapping website and enter from Bay City, MI to your job address. Total upcharge is added onto final bill.
